Billy was fiercely loyal and had an uncanny ability to make all feel welcome. He was charming, witty, and had a smile that could light up any room. Known for his generosity and selfless nature, Billy’s character was undeniably good. He enjoyed traveling and spending time outdoors—whether tanking down the river, going on adventures, or hosting game nights on the back deck.
