W. Dale Rowe, of Lincoln, crossed into God’s promised land September 9, having told his family one last time, “I love you and I have no bucket list!”. That family consists of his wife of 68 years, Marylyn (Miller), one son Don (Marcy), Omaha, three daughters, Marcia (Bill) Thornton, Lincoln, Diana (Richard) Pavlisko, Olsburg, KS, & Nancy (Dave) Widman, Lincoln. These gave us 12 Grands, 7 of whom are married, now there are 25 precious Greats, all of them, their favorites. Dale was preceded in death by his parents and only sister.
Dale and Marylyn met in Sheldon, MO High School, graduating together in 1953, engaged and anticipating their marriage January 1, 1954. They then moved to Omaha, where he joined the Continental Can Team.
Dale’s entire life, having been baptized at age 13, was giving credit to God, thanking Him for the sacrifice His Son, Jesus, made with the promise of Heavenly reward.

What wonderful memories our family has of Dale and Marilyn as We served together at Wildwood Christian church in Papillion two different times when we lived there. Their steadfast support of the youth program made a big difference in my boys lives.
