Teri was born May 1, 1959, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Peggy and John Horn. She graduated Milford high school in 1977 then after a couple years working, she attended Southeast Community College and graduated in September 1984 with her LPN in Nursing she started working at Tabitha home healthcare. Over the last 37 years of being a nurse, she has worked at Bryan LGH West, The Nebraska Heart Hospital, Heritage Crossing and finishing up the last decade at Filmore County Medical Center. She loved what she did, and she loved helping others. She was a sweet and selfless woman who always took care of others and never expected anything in return. A great light went out in November, and she will be forever missed. Teri is survived by her children Eric and Donnie; her mother Peggy Horn; her brothers John and Doug; her sister Donna and her 6 grandchildren whom she loved so much Isabella, Hailo, Brantley, Kyler, Ryder, and Myles.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 p.m., December 18, 2021, at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel Funeral Home, 4300 O St., Lincoln, NE, 68510. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and will be used for her Grandchildren’s Future Education.
