Bob graduated from Massillon High School and Kent State University. Retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio and Lincoln, Nebraska with 40 years of service.
Family members include his wife, Jane, and sons Mark (Jacki) Allensworth, Jeff (Shannon) Allensworth, Todd (Alexis) Allensworth; grandchildren Chad Allensworth, Kylie (Derek) Haber, Jonah Allensworth, Lauren Allensworth, Katy Allensworth, Chloe Allensworth; great-grandchild Harper Haber; sister Carol (Ralph) Swanson; brother Jim (Linda) Allensworth.
Preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials in lieu of flowers to Gideons International or Lincoln Youth for Christ.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 5th at 11:00 a.m. at Citylight South Church (5201 Old Cheney Road). Visitation with family greet one hour prior at the church.
