Ramona Arlene Barclay, 88 of Savannah, GA, formerly of Lincoln, passed away September 6, 2016. Born July 21, 1928 in Trumbull, Nebraska to Ray and Faye (Warren) O’Donnell. Ret. 1990, Stenographer, Burlington Northern Railroad for 35 years. Member of Southview Christian Church, Burlington Northern Veterans Organization, volunteer at Bryan Hospital. Ramona loved baseball, was an avid Husker fan and enjoyed poetry.
Survived by her sons, Randy (Sue) Cottier, Pembroke Pines, FL, Kevin (Jean) Cottier, Savannah, GA, Richard Dale (Marge) Barclay, Houston, TX; daughter, Peggy Lynn (Roger) Bolan, Longmont, CO; grandsons, Craig Cottier, Austin, TX and Andrew Cottier, Orlando, FL; step-grandchildren, James Barclay, Houston, TX, Kevin Bolan, Phoenix, AZ, Brian Bolan, Durango, CO, Brian Newton, Savannah, GA and Lauren Newton, Portland, OR; 6 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; husbands, Louis Edward Cottier and Harold Wayne Barclay; son, Danny Cottier; brothers, Gene and Burdette O’Donnell; sisters, Judy and Eleanor.
Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Friday (9-16-16) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Family will greet friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Roper and Sons.
