Pearl Maxine Fritts, 95, of Lincoln, passed away on August 2, 2024. She was born on June 23, 1929 in Bennet, Nebraska to Merwin H. and Nona H. (Holley) Fritts.

She was a retired Pump Pricing Manager for Byron Jackson.

Family members include her sister Naoma Hilligoss; nephews David (Connie) Hilligoss, Donald (Lori) Hilligoss, Darrin (Tracy) Hilligoss; 5 great nieces and nephews; 9 great-great nieces and nephews; and special honorary family members Matt & Kelly Haney and their daughter Olivia.

Preceded in death by her parents, and brother Eugene Fritts.

A visitation will be held from 6:00-7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 9^th at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street in Lincoln.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10th also at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel.

We will think of Pearl every time we dance at the Auld. Her favorite song was “Fascination,” and she loved to waltz. Pearl was such a warm greeter when dancers arrived for Tuesday nights. She was a very special person.

So many years of memories Pearl. When you came to visit and stayed with us I asked what you wanted to do. You had your planned itinerary to see as many friends as possible. You told me you just needed a spare key and would I please leave a light on for you. I’ve always admired your sense of adventure, and love of your friends and their families. Please visit me anytime Pearl, I’ll leave a light on for you.
