Mary Ruth Whitbeck, 90, Tecumseh, formerly of Lincoln, died February 23, 2019. Born September 20, 1928 in San, Mali, Africa to George Noble and Ethel (Roffe) Bell. Homemaker. Member of Lincoln Berean Church and Honorary member of the US Navy Armed Guard of WWII.
Family members include her son Gordon (Bonnie) Whitbeck, Springdale, AR; daughter Bonnie (Rev. Dean) Patterson, Linden, WA; son Robert (Wei) Whitbeck, Omaha; daughter Robyn (Ed) Milligan, Papillion; daughter Esther (Matt) Stolz, Sterling; 16 grandchildren; a multitude of great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; husband Rev. Elmer Whitbeck, twin brothers David and Paul Bell; brother Robert Bell.
