Mark Leslie Nelson, 43, of Lincoln, passed away February 19, 2018. Born January 1, 1975 in Lincoln, NE to Dennis Leslie and Elenor Ann (Scheierman) Nelson. Worked at Wells Fargo and First National Banks. He also was grounds manager at Sherman Field for American Legion baseball. He played first base on his baseball team. Mark enjoyed attending his daughter’s activities, playing Pokemon with her, collecting baseball cards, Royals baseball, fishing, traveling to Hawaii, and all Husker sports.
Family members include his parents, Dennis and Elenor Nelson; daughter, Camryn; sister, Carla (Steve) Holloway; nieces, Robin and Kelli Holloway, all of Lincoln; aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday (2-24-18) Southview Christian Church, 2040 S. 22nd St.
