Lucille M. Spader, 85, Lincoln, died Wednesday (8/24/11). Born January 17, 1926 to John and Katherine (Weber) Schumacher in Lincoln, NE. She was a member of Bethlehem Covenant Church and B.C.W.
Family includes: husband, Clarence; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Sabatka, Lincoln, NE, Staci and Greg Long, Gretna, NE and LuAnn and Gary Lowell, Ceresco, NE; sons and daughters-in-law, John and Deb Spader, Ceresco, NE, Steve Spader and special friend Kristy Petersen, Lincoln, NE and Doug and Julie Spader, Lincoln, NE; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Virginia Groh, Colorado Springs, CO. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and 1 grandson.
Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday (08/27/11) at Bethlehem Covenant Church, 18841 North 98th St., Waverly, NE 68462 with Pastor Dan Olson, officiating.
Visitation will be 2:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday with the family greeting friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Roper and Sons – Waverly Chapel, 10851 No. 148th St., Waverly, NE and 1 hour before services at the church.
Memorials may be given to the church or Tabitha Foundation, 4720 Randolph St., Lincoln, NE 68510.
