Obituary

Kristopher Isaiah Lamont Chism

December 9, 1994 - July 28, 2024

Kristopher Isaiah Lamont Chism, 29, of Washington Park, IL passed away July 28, 2024. He was born December 9, 1994 to Lakota Granger and Keith Chism, Sr.

Kris “Lil Chiz” Chism is survived by his mother, Lakota Granger; father, Keith Chism, Sr.; stepfather, Larry Marley; sisters, Gabrielle Chism, Carmen Patterson, Moriah Jordan and his 2 nephews and 1 niece, India Chism and his niece, and Nicollette Chism; brothers, Kristian Chism, Keith Chism, Jr. and his 3 nieces and 1 nephew, Donovan Chism and his niece, Dominick Chism, Keithen Chism, and Shawn Ray and his nephew. As well as by all he shared, laughed, and loved.

Preceded in death by his grandmothers, Louella “Doll” Chism and Charlene “Wanda” Walkingbull, grandfather, Oddie Granger Sr., and uncle, Oddie Granger, Jr.

Kristopher Isaiah Lamont Chism comes from a long line of supernatural forces that enter this world with too much love and power to be contained. The love he had to share was so big and you can see that reflected in his size. He was the biggest man in the room and that’s because his vibrations filled the room with laughter and peace. He brought love and happiness to everyone who knew him, while never asking for what he deserved in return.

He deserved more that what this physical world could ever have to give.

While he stood in reverence of hero icons like that of Greek Gods, Vikings, Anime Protagonists, and RAP Legends, he was the true hero of Earth 1218.

He was a STONE PILLAR to his family/friends.

He was a MONOLITH that only comes once, to teach.

He was a BLUEPRINT that we can follow to understand how to love and live.

He will be missed on this physical world by all who knew him, and we take time to say, “See you again” to: a son, brother, grandson, nephew, best friend, Krisyy, KrisyyPooh, Dooder Man, joker, force of nature, and mystical beast.

(And isekai protagonist?..)
