Kenneth L. Ideen, 77, of Lincoln passed away October 16, 2018. Ken was born August 6, 1941 to Lee and Mabel Ideen in Lincoln, Nebraska. He graduated from University High in 1959. Ken was a member of the Lincoln Police Department from 1963-1986.
Ken enjoyed the outdoors – hunting, fishing, target shooting, and exploring the mountains and deserts in Montana and New Mexico.
Preceded in death by parents Lee and Mable Ideen and brother Keith. Survived by wife Edie, son Scott and daughter-in-law Jenny, granddaughter Jenny and great grandson Alasdair of Knoxville, TN., grandchildren Connor and Braeleigh Carson, sisters Joyce Holloway of Alma, NE., and Joan Larsen of Tucson, AZ., and many nieces and nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
