I am so sorry to learn of our loss of JoAnn. We share an uncle, Marshall White, & cousins. We grew up a couple miles apart in south Palmyra & as close as any ‘cousins’ could be. Her smile & laughter are always etched in my mind when I think of JoAnn. Our Prayers for all of you, Brenda & Brad🙏

I worked with JoAnn for 13 years at the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission. I can’t believe she served over 53 years there. She always had a smile and was always helpful when I stopped in law enforcement. My deepest condolences to JoAnn’s family and her NGPC family.
