Janet Sue Spaulding, 77, of Lincoln, passed away March 25, 2019 in Lincoln. Born November 13, 1941 in Chillicothe, MO to George and Berniece (Fordyce) Taylor. Janet graduated from Northwest Missouri State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Business. She married Don Spaulding on December 29, 1962 in Silver Spring, Maryland. She served the State of Nebraska for 40 plus years as a Health and Human Services Administrator.
Survived by children, Donald (Nadean) Spaulding of Roca, NE, Douglas Spaulding of Lincoln, NE and Stephanie (Wayne) Gauger of Lee’s Summit, MO; grandchildren Matt, Elizabeth, Sarah, and Emily; brother William (Kathy) Taylor of Greenville, SC; and brother-in-law Dean (Margaret) Spaulding of Hollister, MO; brother-in law Dale (Linda) Spaulding of St. Charles, MO; sister-in-law Donna Spaulding of St. Peters, MO. Preceded in death by her husband Don, her parents, her father-in law and mother-in-law Damain and Evelyn Spaulding of Ferguson, MO, one sister and brother-in-law, Lucy and Bill Gleason of Arvada, CO.
Memorial Service: Monday, April 1st, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Saint Paul United Methodist Church, 1144 M. St., Lincoln (08).
