I feel like a total loser not knowing Woody had passed. He and Jolene helped my parents start, maintain and thrive in their business (Wendell and Kayla Sneddeker, Wendells TV in Ogallala) for years. We spent time with him at the cabin, at their home in North Platte and I even worked at Scotts in the late 90s. My dad mentioned more than once that it was because of Woody that he had success as a business man. When my parents moved to Lincoln in 2016, Woody would come over and spend afternoons reminiscing and my parents looked so forwad to those visits. What a great man! I’m so sorry for your loss.

Woody was such a wonderful man – he and Jolene were bonus grandparents to our daughter, April, while she was our foster daughter and went with us to be in the courtroom on the day April’s adoption was finalized. Woody was sweet, loving, devout, and had the most mischievous sense of humor, which was so hilarious! He was so proud of all of his family, especially his grandchildren. They don’t make them like Gene anymore, which is a shame. He was one of a kind.
