Survived by wife, Pamela; daughters, Taylor Madsen and Megyn Clark; brothers, Robert Clark, Jr., Randall Clark; sister, Kim (John) Foote; niece, Kierstin Foote. Preceded in death by parents.

Memorial Service: 11:00 am Monday (4-1-13) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ St.
