Charles (Charlie) Uribe, 89, of Lincoln Nebraska passed away on May 14, 2022. He was born on April 22, 1933 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Evaristo and Maria (Garcia) Uribe.

He served in the U.S. Naval Reserve and was a retired bricklayer. Charlie celebrated his 70th wedding anniversary with his wife Joan (Watson) in March and they enjoyed years of traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Preceded in death by sisters Rosa, Marie, Helen, Alice, brothers Fidel, Joe, Frank and Robert.

Survived by his wife Joan Uribe of Lincoln, Nebraska, son Charles R. Uribe (Kathy) of Buckeye, Arizona, daughter Cindy (Dan) Feis of Cave Creek, Arizona, daughter Julie (Tom Rajkovich) Uribe of Lincoln, Nebraska, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren, sisters Sara Chadwick of Banning, California, Virginia Gossard of Lincoln, Nebraska, Eva Durham of Lincoln, Nebraska and nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life: 4:00PM Saturday, July 30th at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 O St.
