Carl W. Strom, Sr., 86, Lincoln, passed away June 29, 2017. Born November 24, 1930 in Omaha, Nebraska to Walter E. and Florence Iris (Gustafson) Strom.
Certified Audiologist. Honorably discharged U.S. Air Force Korean War Veteran. Member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Knight, former Board Member of the State of Nebraska Health Licensure serving as Chairman of the Board for 4 years, Bishop’s Honor Guard, past president of the State of Nebraska Hearing Association, Toastmasters, and LIBA.
Family members include his children; Wally (Roxy), Sue Anne Strom, Carolyn (Bill) Wheeler, Antoinette (Cox) (Gary) Burress , Lee (Cheri) Towle, DiAnne (Dan) Donahoo, and Brian (Kelly) Towle; 18 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia (Steve) Maji; former son-in-law, Steve Donahoo; special friend, Jan Lingren. Preceded in death by brother, Bill, parents, wives, Shirley (11-19-87) and Pauline (9-6-07),

Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Thursday (7-6-17) St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 7900 Trendwood Drive.
