Allen was an amazing mentor. He co-counseled with me on my first big case as a litigator and I learned so much from him. He was also a standout Board President for Nebraska Appleseed and helped shepherd the organization through some key moments. He was kind, a quick study, a vigorous advocate for justice, and generous with his time, resources, and expertise. He will be deeply missed.

Great professor and mentor that taught me so much. I thoroughly enjoyed his construction law seminar and it was a great launching pad for my construction litigation practice. RIP Professor Overcash.
