Aleen Catherine Case, 91, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away January 14, 2023. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Floyd and Opal Stratton. Aleen will be remembered for her cooking, her love of drawing and her hospitality. She was a friend to many and especially enjoyed visits from her family, holding newborns and laughing with her brothers and sisters. She had a strong faith and attended Four Square Church in Lincoln Nebraska.
Survivors include two brothers, Jerry and Kenneth Stratton and her sister, Janice Gebhart; her 12 children include, Sherri Weisenfluh, John Warner, Carol Wolfe, Melody Kramer, Rebecca Stearns, Robin Grimm, Lori Livingston, Tammy Hoffman, Kristi Scaggs, George Hildreth, Randy Hildreth and Donny Hildreth. She found great joy spending time with her almost 100 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Aleen was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Allison Pfeil, her brothers, Donald, Gene, Floyd, and sister, Marilyn, husbands, Bob Case, George Hildreth and John Warner.
Memorial Service 11:00 am Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Foursquare Church, 1170 Manatt St., Lincoln, NE.
