Lisa Kae White, 54, of Lincoln passed away May 16, 2019. She was born July 18, 1964 in Ft. Dodge Iowa to Stanley and Margaret (Peterson) Ford.
Lisa was an UNL alumni graduating with honors. Lisa always had a heart and passion for women’s and family ministries within the Christian church. She loved to travel around the country with her family. Lisa had visited 29 states in the last two years. She always welcomed others into her home with a giving and open heart. Lisa enjoyed her early morning coffee while being in God’s Word, journaling, and praying. She later started going back to school for a master’s in counseling degree through Grace University. Above all, she loved her husband, her kids, and her grandchildren with everything she had.
She is survived by her husband Mark; children Rhett (Jessie) Connealy of Lincoln, NE; Devan (Megan) Connealy of Lincoln, NE; Tyler White of Omaha, NE; Breanne (Elijah) Covington of Lincoln, NE; Ian White and fiancé Michaela Mc Daniel of Sioux Falls, SD; Austin White of Lincoln, NE; and Joshua White of Lincoln, NE. Parents Stanley and Margaret Ford of Dennison, IA. Brothers Barry (Jean) Ford MD of Omaha, NE; and Bryce Ford and John Butler of Sacramento, CA. Grandchildren Olivia Covington, Ryan Connealy, Lylah Covington, Aubree Connealy and Sophia Covington.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 20, 2019 at Lincoln Berean Church. Visitation from 4-6 p.m. Sunday May 19, 2019 at Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street
