David S. Bolli

David S. Bolli, 45, passed away on May 5, 2019. Born February 28, 1974 to Richard and Nila (Krutz) Bolli in Crawford, NE. David worked as a Corrections Sgt. for the NE Dept. of Corrections for 21 years, was a 22 year veteran of the United States Army National Guard and a member of the American Legion Post #298 of Burwell, NE. He was a cadet for the LPD Explorers program, a lifelong avid hunter and he enjoyed riding his motorcycle. David graduated from Lincoln Southeast in 1992, attended UNL, and was a part of the Ag Men Fraternity.

Survived by his loving wife of 20 yrs. Rebecca (Garcia) Bolli; parents, Richard and Nila Bolli; father in law, Alvin (Deanne) Garcia; siblings, Kimberly Prichard, Brenda Bolli (Will Owens), Steven (Connie) Bolli; brother in law, David Garcia; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Ferd and Bessie Krutz, Eldon and Nolah Bolli; mother in law, MaryEllen McCoy.

Funeral service 10 a.m., Friday (5-10-19) at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Dr., Lincoln, NE (S. 40th & Yankee Hill Rd.).

A Celebration of Life gathering with family greeting friends 5-7 p.m., Thursday (5-9-19) at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel. Cremation to follow services on Friday.

Memorial contributions may be directed towards the family for future designation.
