Danny Lee Golden, 71, of Lincoln, passed away April 13, 2019. Born November 25, 1947 in Burlington, CO to Stanford Hugh and Anna Marie (Ball) Golden. Graduate of Lincoln Northeast High School Class of 1966. Retired U. S. Army Veteran. Following his retirement, he served in the Army Reserves, National Guard and worked at Crete Carriers.
Danny was a member of the Purple Heart Club and the NRA. He enjoyed western shows on tv and coached men’s softball.
Family members include his wife Sheryl; daughter Cydnee (Shane) Tucker, Lincoln; granddaughters Rylee and Michayla Tucker; brother John (Jane) Burton, UK; sister Virginia (Steve) Bair, Niceville, FL. Preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation with family present will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday (4-24-19) Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ Street lower level with Military Honors conducted at 4:00 p.m. Please park in the west parking lot.
