Carl L. Pence, Sr., 72, of Lincoln, passed away June 11, 2018. Born June 28, 1945 in Norton, KS to Floyd Issac and Pearl Louise (Bowman) Pence, Sr. Retired after 20 years from Kawasaki Motors. Previously worked in roofing and packing plant in Iowa. Carl enjoyed fishing, corvettes, eagles and ducks. Married Nancy Eicher on June 17, 1972.
Family members include his wife, Nancy; daughter, Brenda Wirkus, Seward; sons, Bradley Pence, Carl (Angela) Pence, Jr., Joseph Pence, and Wayne (Kristin) Pence, all of Lincoln; grandchildren, Krystal, Theresa, Nathan and Kaleb; great-grandchildren, Hayden and Brendan; siblings, Livey, Edith, Francis, Alice, Linda, Kenny, George, Dean, Bobby, and Raymond. Preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter Jennifer; siblings Cathy, Joyce, Jimmy, Melvin, and Floyd, Jr.; sister-in-law Candace.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday (6-15-18) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Burial in Fairview Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 PM at Roper and Sons.
