Anastasia “Tess” Vaggalis Teply, 69, of Lincoln passed away on May 31, 2019. Born in Lincoln, NE on November 7, 1949, to William and Calliope (Tavoularis) Vaggalis. She was married to Bob Teply. Tess worked in the Department of Revenue for the State of Nebraska.
Tess is survived by her mother, Calliope Vaggalis of Lincoln; son and daughter-in-law Ed Teply and Sunshine of Denver and grandson Ethan Teply of Lincoln; daughter-in-law, Amy Teply of Lincoln; her brothers, Dennis (Jeanne) Vaggalis of Lincoln and Terry (Holly) Vaggalis of Springfield, MO; her sister, Mary (James) Jackson of Alexandria, VA; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father William, husband Bob, and son, Eric.
Trisagion service will be 7 p.m., Tuesday (6-4-19) at Roper & Sons ‘O’ street Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street, Lincoln, NE.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday (6-5-19) at the Greek Church of the Annunciation, 950 N 63rd St, Lincoln, NE 68505.
