Roger L. Sutliff, 72, passed away unexpectedly November 8, 2016 in Lincoln. Born June 24, 1944 to William and Dora Sutliff-Korinek in Minneapolis, MN. He was retired from the University of Nebraska as a Construction Inspector. Roger was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather. He was a collector of many things, especially friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Jackie Sutliff; children, Craig Schmidt, Shannon Schmidt, Tony Eskey, Michell Eskey-Riddle, Lea (Chas) Clauss; best buddy, Treyson Clauss; sisters, Marie (John) Welch, Jean Riley; brother, John (Linda) Sutliff; many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
Memorial Service: 11 a.m., Saturday (11-12-16) at Roper and Sons Funeral Home, 4300 ‘O’ St. Cremation/no visitation.
