Charles “Craig” Connell

April 18, 1932 - September 18, 2024

Charles “Craig” Connell, 92, formerly of Lincoln passed away on September 18, 2024, in Elkhorn, NE. Born April 18, 1932, in Stuart, NE to Charles “Chas” and Josephine (Wilson) Connell.

Craig served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War. He owned and operated, along with his wife Vera, Connell Decorating and Draperies.

Family members include his daughter Debra (Dan) Lindstrom, Elkhorn; sons Curtis (Cecilia) Connell, Driggs, ID and David Connell, Lincoln; grandchildren Brett (Leigh) Lindstrom, Omaha, Morgan (Brent) Garrison, Santa Rosa, CA, Nina (Brandon) Willert, Monument, CO, Natalie Connell, Jackson, WY, and Seth Connell, Santa Clarita, CA; 10 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents, wife Vera, grandson Tyler Lindstrom, great grandson Abel Garrison, and great granddaughter Christiana Willert.

Funeral service: 2:00 pm Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Indian Hills Community Church, 1000 S. 84th Street. Interment in the Cheney Cemetery.
