Millie V. Kuwamoto-Goninan, 68, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2024. Born December 24, 1955, in Lincoln, NE to LeRoy and Elizabeth (Stiefel) Kuwamoto.
Millie was a 1974 graduate of Lincoln High School. She made friends easily and was quick with a smile or a joke. She loved hanging out with family and friends, classic cars and auto racing. She will be dearly missed by those she left behind.
Millie is survived by five siblings: Chris (Casey) Kuwamoto, Rose Kuwamoto, Ralph (Deborah) Kuwamoto, Roy (Debra) Kuwamoto, and Sue (Johnny) Sierra; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband James Stone, and sister-in-law Debra.
A Celebration of Life will be from 1-3 pm Saturday, August 24, 2024, at Holmes Park Club House, 7100 Holmes Park Road.
Memorials may be to donor’s choice.
