Brian is one of my many cousins in Lincoln,NE, the city where my sisters, Debbi S.Paul and S. Louayne Paul Loyd and myself were born. I remember Brian as a child and as a man being a sweet and kind person. I am thinking and praying for all that mourn his loss. May God bless you all.
