In Chuck’s final days, he was surrounded by his wife and children, whom he adored more than anything else in the world.
Chuck was a kind and loving husband to his wife, Barbara, as well as an amazing father to their children, Patty Reinhardt (Mark), Penny Asher (Keith) and Bill Duncan (Desiree). Chuck was also blessed with 9 grandchildren, Josh, Audrey, Jackson, Madeline, Sydney, Sam, Samantha, Spencer and Skylar as well as 4 great-grandchildren, Hudson, Barrett, Claire and Callum. He was also an uncle to many nieces and nephews.

One of Chuck’s biggest accomplishments was being a father. He was always available to his family and taught them to enjoy what life has to offer. Chuck was a skilled handyman, woodworker and crafter and the family has been left with many of his creations, which will become family heirlooms.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Duncan, brother and sister-in-law Jack and Virginia Duncan, brother Robert Duncan, and sister Wilma. Also, preceded in death by in-laws Dick and Audrey Story.
