Troy Michael Anstine


Troy Michael Anstine, 35, of Omaha passed away unexpectedly January 6th, 2021. He was born July 10th, 1985 in Lincoln to Bill and Debbie (Fleming) Anstine. He attended Lincoln Christian School through elementary and high school before graduating from Nebraska Wesleyan in 2008. Troy then pursued a successful career in sales and management through the medical device industry. He was a natural and talented salesperson who built trust and friendships wherever he went.

Troy cherished his time playing high school and college football and was an avid outdoor enthusiast with many hobbies including sky diving, hunting, golf and racquetball. Troy had a strong faith and accepted Jesus Christ at a young age. He loved to spend time with his family, especially daughters Ava and Emma. Troy was loyal, a door opener, and a cheerleader of others. His love for faith, family and friends was deep and wide.

Troy is survived by his parents, Bill and Debbie Anstine of Lincoln. Amanda Anstine, and daughters Ava (4) and Emma (2) of Omaha, sister Christina Anstine and brother Jared Anstine (Danielle Haas Anstine) of Lincoln. Grandparents Francis and Marilyn Fleming of Berthoud, CO, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Jason Anstine.

Celebration of Life services will be held at Lincoln Berean Church, 6400 S. 70th, St., Lincoln in the large auditorium (providing for optimum social distancing) on Friday, January 15th, 2021 at 2:00PM. Service arrangements and condolences through Roper and Sons (South chapel location) 3950 Hohensee Drive, Lincoln NE 68516.

Private visitation by invitation only Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 4:30 pm. – 6:00 p.m. at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Drive.

Memorials in lieu of flowers to his children’s college education fund.
