Roger William Miner, 83, of Lincoln died on 4/12/2021. He was born on 1/22/1938 in Grand Island, NE to James Kenneth and Edna (Hoefener) Miner. Roger was a Navy Veteran and was active with American Legion, Patriot Riders, Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Shrine Temple.
Family members include his cousins, Dean Westcott, Harlene Redinbaugh, Daryl Hoefener and William R. Hoefener. Roger is preceded in death by his parents and his stepfather, Vernon Zuhlke.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 16, 2021 at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. A private family burial will take place after the service.
