Coral “Charlie” Charlene Schmid, 84, of Lincoln, NE, passed away August 12, 2023. She was born February 7, 1939 in Lincoln, to Charles and Coral (Rock) Saal.

Charlie loved her family, music and her animals.

She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Christensen, children, Micheal Mercer, DeeDee (Tyler) Loomis, Todd (Jolene) Angel, Tammi (Larry) Stolzer, Jennifer (Steve) Slapnicka, 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Coral Saal and brother, Donald Saal.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 27, 2023 at the Denton Community Center, 7115 Lancaster Ave., Denton, NE 68339.
