Norman H. LeGrande, 82, of Lincoln passed away on January 6, 2021. Born on October 16, 1938, in Urbana, IL, to Aubrey & Fae (Helm) LeGrande. Norman was the owner/operator of LeGrande Excavating and the former owner of Hendricks Sodding & Landscaping; former President of the American Sod Producers; member and past president of Lincoln Homebuilders Association, and former member of Lincoln Jaycee’s.
Family includes wife, Cheryl; sons, Tim (Cindy) LeGrande, Dan (Annette) LeGrande; daughter, Vicki (Dave) Rogers all of Lincoln; grandchildren, Matthew, Josh and Ben LeGrande and Alissa and Chris Rogers; brothers, Skip (Mag) LeGrande of Champaign, IL, and Allen (Ruth) LeGrande of Lincoln.
Preceded in death by parents and brother, Oz and sister-in-law Jane.
Memorial Services to be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at Roper and Sons South Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Dr.
Memorials may be given to the Disabled American Veteran’s Association.
