Marcene Louise Renner, 82, of Lincoln passed away may 16, 2019. Born December 21, 1936 in DeWitt, NE to Erwin and Martha (Mueller) Burger. Ret. nurse at Bryan Memorial Hospital for 40 years. A lifelong nurse, Marcene found joy in her work, faith and family.
She was a member of American Lutheran Church.
Family members include her sons Shawn (Joyce Welsch) Renner and Kurtis (Anne) Renner, all of Lincoln; daughter Lisa Renner, Seattle, WA; grandchildren Linsey (Tony) Hulbert, Jen (Josh) Miller and Jacob Wood; great-grandchildren Clay, Lily and Landon Hulbert and Layla Miller; sister Norma (Carl) Weber, Kearney; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; husband Donald; brothers Allen and Robert Burger.
Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday (5-21-19) American Lutheran Church, 4200 Vine Street with Pastor Carla Johnsen officiating.
