Karna Dawn West
Karna Dawn West, 71, of Lincoln, passed away on January 8th, 2020. Born on November 6, 1948 and shortly after was adopted by William and Isabelle (Clark) Parker. Karna lived for her grandchildren whether it was shopping for them, attending their activities or sports games or just spending quality family time with them. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching the Huskers play; mostly Nebraska Volleyball and Football, she enjoyed crafting, decorating, listening to music, and dreaming about living on the water as she loved to travel and especially to the beach.
Family members include her husband, Blaine; children, Graham (Jodi) West and Heather (Fernando) Rojas; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and one brother, Gary (Theresa) Parker.
Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 20th, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Roper and Sons Waverly Chapel, 10851 North 148th Street Waverly, NE 68462. Burial at Rosehill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
