Joyce Lee Scharbach, 83
It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Joyce Lee Scharbach on Thursday, September 10, 2020, in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Joyce was born on February 14, 1937 along with her twin sister Joann Hoffman in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Joyce worked for Colby Ridge Popcorn for many years and later retired in December 2017. She was loved by all and considered Colby Ridge her second family.
Joyce was married to Tom Scharbach and a beautiful and loving mother to sons, Bob, Terry, Lester and daughter Tamie. She loved being at the lake in a boat fishing and enjoying the outdoors. She was a true Nebraska Cornhusker fan. Joyce loved to cook and had a true willingness to serve others.
Joyce is survived by and will be sadly missed by her children, Bob Glantz, Lester Glantz and Tamie Johnson and grandchildren, Christina Swenson and husband Jeff Swenson, Tamara Bohl and husband Jai Bohl, Shaun Glantz, Ronnie Glantz, Tommy Glantz, Bobby Glantz, Terry Glantz and Michael Glantz, as well as 9 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
Joyce is preceded in death by her mother and father, Lola and Robert Carroll, twin sister, Joann Hoffman and son, Terry Glantz.
Memorial service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday (9-19-20) Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Drive with Marshall Johnson officiating.
