Ivan L. “Lew” Baker, Jr., 76, of Lincoln passed away April 28, 2019. Born September 19, 1942 in Lincoln, NE to Ivan L. and Irma L. (Van Hook) Baker. U. S. Air Force Veteran. Ret. owner of Lew’s Contracting Service and worked maintenance at UNL.
Ivan was a member of Second Baptist Church where he served as Deacon, Usher and was president of the American Baptist Men and Board of Christian Education. He was a past Scout Master of Troop #9.
Survivors include cousins, neighbors and friends.
Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Tuesday (5-7-19) Second, Baptist Church, 525 North 58th Street with Pastor Stephen Wisthoff officiating.
