David Duane Lund

David Duane Lund

David Duane Lund, 75, of Lincoln, NE passed away peacefully on December 5, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 5, 1943 in Ute, Iowa to Harlow and Marjorie (Wade) Lund. Dave graduated from UNO and in 1970 he met his wife, Vicki Jo Ann Broyles. Dave’s career started in sales at Metro Mail and then Data Documents. He went on to start Professional Business Products and operate that business for 28 years. Dave then started Lund Management, a real estate property management company in 2008.

Dave is survived by his wife of 47 years, Vicki, children; Tara (Aaron) Semm, Ryan (Jen) Lund, and Leah (Simeon) Harvey. His beloved grandchildren; Hayley, Hannah, Shelby, & Emma Heiden, Gavin and Morgan Semm, Harper and Beckett Lund, Wyatt, Rowan, and Truett Harvey. Two sisters Twila (Ed) Wooten and Marcia (Ned) Shipley. Many nieces and nephews and loving friends. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Harlow and Marjorie Lund, sister Betty Briscoe, brother Robert Lund, brothers in law Rich Danner and Steve Broyles.

A celebration of Dave’s life will be held at 11:00am on Monday December 10, 2018 at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee.

Memorials can be sent to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) or the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society.
