Darleyn June Wolfe, 95, of Lincoln, passed away September 1, 2018. Born November 8, 1922 in Lincoln, NE to Floyd and Maude (Cromwell) Twiford. Ret. 1981, after 20 years as office secretary at Huntington Elementary School in Lincoln.
Darleyn was a member of Northeast United Church of Christ and served on the visitation committee, Key Club, and Lincoln Public Schools Association Retirees. She was a beloved, wife, mother, sister and friend to many.
Family members include her daughters Cindy (Tom II) Creal, Prairie Village, KS and Sheila (Dennis) Koch, Lincoln; daughter-in-law Kay Clements, Newton, IA; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; brother Donald (Kathy) Twiford, Minneapolis, MN; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Ralph, son Ralph, Jr., brother Richard Twiford and sister Betty Laub, granddaughter Katie Creal.
Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Friday (9-21-18) Northeast United Church of Christ, 6200 Adams Street. Burial in Fairview Cemetery.
