Cecelia O. Ortiz, 58, of Lincoln, passed away March 4, 2019, Born March 23, 1960 in Blythe, California to Francisco and Dulie (Grijalva) Ortiz. Cecelia had previously worked at Goodwill Industries.
Cecelia was very loved by her family and will be missed.
Family members include her mother Dulie Waits; brother Frank and wife Patty Ortiz; sister Frances and husband John Lowe; brothers Vincent Teets, Paul and wife Silvia Teets; 5 nieces and 7 nephews ; 2 great nieces and 1 great nephew.
Memorial service: 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2019 at the Tabitha Chapel.
