Cathie R. Connely, 69, Lincoln, NE, passed away January 2, 2018. Born May 19, 1948 in Cheyenne, WY to Ralph and Dora (Mitzel) Casner.
Family members include her husband, Dave; daughters, Tracy (Dave) Poppert and Kacy (Frank) Novotny; son, Matt (Meredith) Connely; granddaughters, Brianna, Abby, Nicole, and Rachel Poppert, Hailey Novotny; brother, Ken (Nancy) Casner; and a large beloved extended family.
Celebration of Life Service: 3:30 p.m. Saturday (1-6-18) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street with Pastor Ray Norris officiating.
Memorials in lieu of flowers to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or Capital Humane Society of Lincoln.
