I never got to meet my cousin Beth, but I truly felt like I got to know her through Facebook. I learned how kind, strong, funny or sarcastic, loving and amazing she is. I wish we could have met. And yet I know that one day I will meet her and give her a hug and get to know her better. I pray for God’s love to be with you all at this difficult time and until the day when you are all reunited. Have faith, God loves you and will send you peace through His son Jesus Christ.
I have known Beth since I was 5 and she was 4. Something she liked to remind me of that she was younger than me. Momma Sprude babysat my brother and I. Beth was that friend that even with the moves throughout our lives, when we got together we picked back up where we left off. She had her special way of cheering me up, which I will miss! She was compassionate and loyal, the strongest person I have ever known! She loved her boys, family and friends. I hope God gives you all a peace that passes understanding.
Beth has been a great support to Riley in his Science Olympiad endeavors and, in fact, the entire Science Olympiad team. Tests, trips, snacks and general good spirit all benefited from her involvement.
Dear Thomas and Riley: We were so sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. She fought a long hard battle with cancer. She loved you two and left a strong legacy for you to remember. We care deeply for you, and pray you will experience God’s comfort, strength, and the hope and direction the Lord can provide.
