Nancy M. Jones, 80, of Lincoln, passed away June 17, 2018 after a brief illness. Born July 2, 1937 in Osceola, NE to Roy C. and Nellie (LeSuer) Johnson. Nancy was a homemaker, loving wife and mother. She enjoyed bowling and playing cards with her family. Nancy was very involved in her Circle group at First Lutheran Church.
Family members include her daughter Cindy (Marty) Anderson; sons, Brad and Scott Jones; grandchildren Brandon (Becky) Jones, Justin Jones, Jennifer Anderson (Garrett Roehrs), Kristin Anderson Haecker (Scott), Jordyn Jones and seven great-grandchildren; sisters Mary Upton and Patty (Kenneth) Allen; brothers Roy Johnson and Ronny (Linda) Johnson; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; husband Dennis; brothers Richard and Robert; sister Marjorie.
Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Thursday (6-21-18) First Lutheran Church, 1551 South 70th Street with Pastor Justin Eller officiating. Burial in Swede Home Cemetery, Stromsburg, NE
Visitation one hour prior to service time.
