Marilyn N. Morden, 87, of Lincoln, passed away October 28, 2017. Born May 16, 1930 in Waco, NE to Rudolph and Clara (Heine) Naber. Ret. Nurse Anesthetist at Lincoln General Hospital where she had worked for over 40 years. Her first job was with a doctor in western Nebraska that did house calls and there she became acquainted with Wyoming and Montana. She loved to travel to different countries and had a cabin for many years in Montana where she would spend the summers. Marilyn loved the outdoors, entertaining family and friends and enjoyed cooking.
Family members include her son, John (Jenny) Morden ; 4 grandchildren, Alex, Kiley, Sara, and Will; sister, Carol Bernasek; niece, Jacque Kluck, all of Lincoln. Preceded in death by her husband, Audley; parents and a sister, Doris.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at New Covenant Community Church, 6000 South 84th Street.
