Kenneth R. “Ken” Stading, 79, of Lincoln, passed away December 5, 2018. He was born October 24, 1939 in South Sioux City, NE to Earl K. and Jessie Irene (Williams) Stading.
He was a retired Lineman for Nebraska Public Power. Member of Eastridge Presbyterian Church, being very active in several positions; Active with Food Pantry and the Food Bank; Boy Scout Leader and K/B Stable Owner and Operator.
Family members include his wife, Berna Lee (Queen) Stading; daughter, Donna Lee Stading Smith (Hal Smith) of Lincoln; son, Bryan Kenneth (Tanja) Stading of Lake Crystal, MN; brothers, Donald R. (Jean) Stading of Lincoln; Robert (Pat) Stading of Omaha; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Rev. Duane & Donna Queen of Storm Lake, IA; sisters-in-law, Tycha Stading & Stella Stading; 5 grandchildren, Jessica (Jordan) Duensing; Conner Smith; Isabella Stading; Sophia Stading; Ava Stading; great granddaughter, Joanne; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, brothers, Ronald Stading, James Stading and Danny Stading.
Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 10, 2018 at Eastridge Presbyterian Church 1135 Eastridge Drive.
