Kay D. (Bantz) Bouma, 66, of Firth, passed away on August 13, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Born January 4, 1951 to Raymond and Betty “Joan” (Peek) Bantz in Humbolt, NE. She attended the Living Life Reformed Church of Firth, NE, and dearly cherished attending all of her children’s and grandchildren’s activities throughout the years.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Bouma; children, Corey Harbour, Stacy (Bill) Boden; step children, Jayme (Steve) Cerny, Kindra (Jay) Gates, Amber Gamez; grandchildren ,Iyleigh, Elleon and Emeryk Boden; step grandchildren, Hadlee and Cooper Cerny, GiAnna, Milan and Cannon Gamez, Jaxson and Landri Gates; brother, Steven M. (Diane) Bantz; brother in law, Steve Williams; many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. Preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Linda Williams.
Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday (8-17-17) at the Living Life Reformed Church, 603 Russell Street, Firth, NE. A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday (8-16-17) at the Firth Funeral Chapel, 309 Nemaha St., Firth, NE 68358. Interment of cremated remains at the Firth Cemetery.
Memorial contributions to the family for future designation, flower deliveries can be made to Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ St. by 12pm Wednesday.
