Jennifer R. Seckinger, 46, of Lincoln passed away on July 15, 2018 after a 3 ½ year fight with melanoma. Jenn was born November 18, 1971 to Gary and Debra (Fisher) Ahl in Kearney, NE. She attended school in Lincoln and went on to get her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska Kearney and received her MBA in 2013. Jenn had a successful career in the accounting field for over 20 years. She met her best friend, Robb while at Kearney and they were married on May 23, 1998. Together they had two beautiful girls, Piper and Kira who quickly became their whole world. Jenn loved encouraging and cheering them on in their activities, volleyball and dance.
Jenn is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Robb; daughters, Piper and Kira; parents, Gary and Deb Ahl; sisters and families, Jess & Cade, Tristan, Emma Olbricht; Judi & Chad, Silas, Nyah, Lessard; and many loving and supportive friends and extended family. Preceded in death by her grandparents.
Memorial service will be 11 a.m., Thursday (7-19-18) at Southwood Lutheran Church, 4301 Wilderness Hills Blvd, Lincoln, NE.
Memorial gathering with family and friends 6-7:30 p.m., Wednesday (7-18-18) at Roper & Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Dr., Lincoln, NE (S. 40th & Yankee Hill Rd.). Private family burial.
