Glen R. Klanecky, 88, of Lincoln passed away on December 7, 2018. Born April 7, 1930 to Frank and Mary (Pavlik) Klanecky in Farwell, NE. Worked as a Manager of a grocery store. U.S. Marine Veteran during the Korean Conflict and a member of the American Legion Post #3.
He is survived by his children, Douglas (Pat) Klanecky of Muskego, WI, Camilla (Steve) Roper of Ann Arbor, MI, Bryan (Susan) Klanecky of Lincoln, Sonya (Jim) Erickson of Lincoln; grandchildren, Eli Kantorowicz, Ben Klanecky, Josh Klanecky, Alex Roper, Adam Klanecky, Chelsea Erickson, Logan Erickson; 4 great grandchildren; many other family, friends, and loved ones. Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marjorie; sister Doris.
A Celebration of Life service will be 11 a.m., Thursday (12-13-18) at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Dr. (S. 40th & Yankee Hill Rd.) Burial at Cheney Cemetery.
Cremation/no visitation.
