Glen D. Knosp, MD, 94, formerly of Elmwood, passed away September 9, 2018 in Overland Park, KS. Born April 21, 1924 in Harvard, NE to Herman R. and Anna M. (Kleinbach) Knosp. WWII Navy Air Corps veteran.

Member, Elder and Deacon of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Canopy Lodge #209, A.F. & A.M., Ideal Chapter #181, O.E.S. (past Worthy Patron), Cass County Nebraska Medical Society (past president), Nebraska State Medical Association, American Medical Association, Lions Club, Rotary Club, Teammates, American Legion Post, Sesostris Shrine and American Academy Family Practice.

Family members include his wife Frances Lee Knosp; daughters Mary Catherine Knosp, Carolyn Knosp, and grandson Nicholas Knosp all of Overland Park, KS, Cynthia (Donald) Miltner, Lincoln, NE; sister-in-law Phyllis Knosp, Lincoln, NE. Preceded in death by parents, sisters Adelyne Douglas and Wilma Wilken, brothers Alton, Harold, Norman and Clarence Knosp.

Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Monday (9-17-18) St. Paul United Methodist, 400 West G Street, Elmwood, NE with Rev. Bob Neben and Rev. Michael Burgess officiating. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery.

Visitation with family present from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the church.
