Eugene “Gene’ W. Sengstake, Jr, 73, of Lincoln, passed away December 9, 2017. Born September 28, 1944 in Lincoln, NE to Eugene W. and Ruth (Bullock) Sengstake, Sr . Gene enjoyed contra dancing, airboating and being out in the nature of the Sandhills. He loved cats and had many throughout the years. Former owner of Zesto, in Lincoln.
Family members include his half-sister Pamela (Ron) Burklund, and niece Heather Wunderlich all of Lincoln; numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by parents and step-father.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Thursday, December 14, 2017, from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Roper and Sons Funeral Home, 4300 ‘O’ Street.
